Official Course Description:
In today’s competitive business world, lucid, effective communication is more essential than ever before. It is the foundation on which careers are built and a crucial component of lasting success.
Whether it is a face-to-face conversation, a professionally written e-mail exchange, or communication in virtual meetings, a meaningful message and active listening entails establishing a connection that leaves a powerful and confident impression.
This 3-hour interactive online workshop will help you to better understand different communication styles, the role of nonverbal behavior in communication, as well as strategies for communicating better in negotiations and conflicts. Following the online workshop, you will complete a reflective assignment (workload: approx. 2 hours), allowing you to further explore your individual communication style and develop your own strategies for strengthening your communication skills.
